How do you like to spend your free time? 

I prefer to spend my free time doing sport. It helps me to clear my head and recharge my batteries. I like to go running, ride my racing bike or meet up with friends to kick a ball around.

Your hobby and your job - where do you see similarities? How does your hobby help you in your day-to-day work?

I see the similarities in being persistent and persevering, as well as getting better every day. I can combine this both at work and in my hobby.

Feel the WE in IT - The TIMETOACT GROUP attaches great importance to the WE! What does the WE mean to you? How do you experience our WE in your day-to-day work?

For me, the WE means that I can rely on my colleagues every day. If I need support with an issue, I get it. We all work together, pursue a common goal and are committed to moving the company forward.

Are there any events or traditions that you particularly like at the TIMETOACT GROUP or in your company?

The annual water skiing event and the Christmas party. Both are always well organized and a lot of fun!

What motivates you to come to work every day?

On the one hand, professional fulfillment. I feel valued in my job and it's a lot of fun. I love the contact with customers and the challenges and variety that come with it. But the good working environment and the positive relationships with my colleagues also motivate me to go to work every day.

What skills do you think are particularly important in your working environment?

In my case, I would say empathy. It helps to better understand the needs, wishes and challenges of my customers and to build a trusting relationship.
